Conversant with nearly any job title in financial services business, and a few outside the realm of finance, eg. GM of a golf club, for a little variety.

Half of assignments are in New York, 30% in Connecticut and Boston, and others around the U.S.

Typical positions are in the $100 - $500k range. Modified retainer arrangement permits maximum intensity and thorough examination of qualified candidate pool, while keeping costs and risk at reasonable levels. 90% of work is repeat business.
